The G3 – S3 robots are ideal for handling services of injection molding machines, assisting the extraction and stacking of items, in mold labeling, inserts application, among other functions. Its three-dimensional handling allows for highly precise manipulation of injection molded items of complex design, commonly used in electronics, household appliances, automobiles, and more.

Areas of application

Telescopic axis

With a telescopic vertical axis, the Cartesian robot line reaches significant speeds for items extraction and other operations.

Rotating arm

The end of the vertical arm has a 90º rotation, in order to facilitate handling items out of the injection molding machine area, as well as their stacking.

Intuitive controller

Practicality, intuitive programming, and easy operation. The controller, with language entirely in Brazilian Portuguese, was developed to facilitate the operation of the G3 Automation Cartesian robot.
